What is included in the rental package?

Our rental packages typically include the movie screen, high-quality projector, audio equipment, blue-ray player, seating, projector table and delivery + pickup. We provide everything you need to disassemble for ease of pickup.

Can I customize my rental package?

Yes, please! We offer customizable packages to meet your specific needs. Whether you need additional seating, popcorn, blankets or themed decorations, we can tailor the package to your event and very much enjoy that piece of this puzzle.

Do you provide technical support during the event?

Absolutely! We will be on-site to set up the equipment, ensure everything runs smoothly, and can address any technical issues that may arise during the event via phone call/Facetime.

What outdoor spaces are suitable for the movie screen setup?

Our screens can be set up in various outdoor spaces, including backyard gardens, parks, parking lots, and more. We’ll work with you to find the best location for your event.

Do you provide movies, or do we need to provide our own?

You provide your own content through your streaming services, DVDs or Blu-Ray movies.

What is your cancellation and refund policy?

Our cancellation policy and refund details are outlined in our rental agreement. Cancellations 14 days or more prior to the event will receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations less than 14 days prior to the event may result in the loss of your deposit.

What happens if it is raining the day of my event?

We will happily reschedule for an available date. Please contact us 10 hours ahead of the event if it is looking like rain and we will figure out an alternative time.
